What we do
Kingsley Healthcare is a provider of residential and day care to vulnerable people. Our activities include:
- Entertainment including music, quizzes, outings and holidays;
- Specialist therapies, including reminiscing, art and crafts;
- Fitness activities, including walks, bowls, skittles and dancing;
- Person centred one to one meaningful activities taking into account lifelong interests and hobbies.
Activities can be either individual or group.
We operate a growing number of care homes. Each is focused on meeting the needs of a particular client group. Some also have specialist units to which people can move when their need for support increases.
We work with people:
- Older people who wish to live in a safe, comfortable community;
- Who require residential and nursing care;
- Have become confused and may be suffering from dementia;
- Require regular day care but otherwise are independent;
- Needing respite care whilst their carer takes a break;
- Who are 18 - 65 and have learning difficulties that make independent living impossible.
We also provide free advice, information and guidance to carers, families and friends who are becoming concerned about a loved ones ability to cope at home.
