Our residents have a right to expect friendly, compassionate staff who treat them as individuals and respect their dignity, values and needs. This is only achieved by employing, training, motivating and rewarding good people, with the right attitude and appropriate skills.
We take staff development seriously and invest heavily in training. We also listen to our people, responding where possible to their suggestions and ideas. Of course we have to make a profit, for without it, we could not sustain the organisation and care for our residents. But as our staff can tell you, we are constantly investing in facilities, resources and skills to make everyones life better.
