Learning Disability
Kingsley Care Plus currently operates two Learning Disability homes situated in Norfolk and Suffolk. Our main areas of care include care programmes for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs and service users whose primary care need is learning disabilities but may also have associated mental health problems.
Our services incorporate all the principles in the 'Valuing People' white paper. We work closely with all referring parties and community teams.
Our care programmes are outcome based and focus on 'Person-centered care'.
Kingsley Care Plus has a robust Assessment process which along with the service user, family and other professional parties design individualised 'Care and Support Plans' looking specifically at communication skills, health care needs, leisure / recreational activities and the likes and dislikes of the individual.
