...that Highcliffe Nursing Home has changed

Kingsley Healthcare is now the proud owner of Highcliffe Nursing Home and we would like to take this opportunity to tell you what we have done so far and the improvements and progress we are making.

Highcliffe Nursing Home is a self-contained, comfortable retreat set amongst beautifully maintained gardens where residents can soak up the seaside air.

The home provides comfortable accommodation for up to 45 people with 27 single bedrooms and 9 companion rooms. Downstairs there are spacious lounges and a conservatory which residents, family and friends are encouraged to use.

We are working through a complete refurbishment programme for the whole home, this includes refurbishing all the communal rooms, replacing furniture, upgrading bathrooms and en-suites. Kingsley will also be introducing its staff procedures and training that have seen Kingsley become one of the fastest growing healthcare groups in the UK.

Residents are consulted and have requested that they would like a larger television, so the plan is to place a large flat screen televisions in the lounges. “Countdown will never have looked so good!”

At Kingsley Healthcare we provide residential, nursing, dementia, mental health, day and respite care for vulnerable people. We have residential homes right across the South of England and East Anglia, all providing dedicated and experienced care staff who are on duty 24 hours a day and work tirelessly and cheerfully on behalf of the residents.
