Decoy Farm is the jewel in the Kingsley Healthcare crown when it comes to Learning Disability care.

Decoy Farm was built over 100 years ago for one of the estate managers for Somerleyton Hall and is one of very few properties that the estate has since released. The result is a setting and tranquillity that money just can't buy.

This truly rural setting surrounds you as you approach Decoy Farm along the parkland road, lined with rhododendrons that blossom into a riot of colour. On arriving youre surrounded by safe space within the farms 2 acres of private land and views of Rural Suffolk as far as the eye can reach. Yet despite this feeling of being a million miles from anywhere the farm is only, 20 miles southeast of Norwich and just 5 miles and 7 miles respectively, from the centres of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.

Decoy Farm provides a wonderful environment for those aged 18-65 with complex and challenging behaviour and learning difficulties. This location we believe offers some of the highest levels of support and care in the UK in an unforgettable location. With no more than 6 residents at any one time Decoy Farm can provide all the support and care that an individual might need whilst living an independent life.
